MDIBrowserを使ってますが、最近右ダブルクリックすると勝手にIEが起動して困ってます。
どうやらnVIDIAのnVIEWのDesktop Manager が いかんらしい。
Desktop Manager > アプリケーション > 拡張機能 > InternetExplorerのダブル右クリックの拡張機能を追加する(選択したディスプレイの新しいウィンドウにリンクを開きます。)のチェックをはずす
英語の場合
Application's settings To add useful features as browser popup blocking Enhancements.のEnhancementsのボタン > internet Explorer の項目の"Add internet Explorer double right-click extension(Opens links in a new window on the display of your choice.)のチェックをはずす

デスクトップで右クリ > プロパティ > 設定タブ > 詳細 > GeForce 7600GS（6600など）のタブ > デスクトップの管理の+ボタン > アプリケーション > 拡張機能 > InternetExplorerのダブル右クリックの拡張機能を追加する(選択したディスプレイの新しいウィンドウにリンクを開きます。) のチェックをはずす
